Our Appraisers

The American Society of Appraisers awards the designation Accredited Senior Appraiser after a candidate or accredited member has completed course work, submitted appraisals for review and approval, achieved many thousands of hours of valuation and appraisal work. Once the designation has been earned the appraiser must frequently update his knowledge through continuing education with review every five years, and hold to the highest ethical standards. Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) requires that personal property appraisers take an initial 15 hour course and be retested through a 7 hour course every two years.
